- Noon Prayer: Every day at noon, we invite you to unite in prayer for the revival of our church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Set your reminders for noon prayer as we seek God together.
- Bible Study: Please join Pastor Glenn Gibson for a Bible study through the book of John. The study will be on Wednesday nights, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Palo Cedro SDA Church. Bring your Bible and come grow deeper in God’s Word with us.
- Communion Service: We invite you to prepare your hearts for the upcoming Communion Service on October 31. Foot washing will take place in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to participate in this meaningful time of reflection and remembrance.
- Good Samaritan Fund: At the end of the service, deacons will be at the doors to collect donations for the Good Samaritan Fund. This fund helps members of our church family who are in need. Please consider donating to this important fund.
- Rio Lindo Adventist Academy & Potluck: Please plan to join us on Sabbath, November 7, for a special service featuring students from Rio Lindo Adventist Academy. The students will be joining us and participating in our worship service, making this a special Sabbath for our church family. We will also have a potluck following the service, so please be sure to bring extra food to share. More details will be provided as they become available. We look forward to worshiping together and welcoming the students from Rio Lindo Adventist Academy!
- Fall Festival, Craft Fair & Car Show: Join Redding Adventist Academy on Sunday, November 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 1356 E. Cypress Ave., Redding for a fun-filled fall festival! Enjoy games, food, local vendors, entertainment, a craft fair, and a car show. Admission is $2, with free admission for RAA students and volunteers. We hope you’ll come out and enjoy a fun afternoon with family and friends!
- 3rd Annual Ending Homelessness Summit: Communities of faith are wrestling with an important question: What does it look like to take meaningful action to end homelessness? Join us on November 14 from 3:00–6:00 p.m. at Carmichael SDA Church, 4600 Winding Way, Sacramento, for an inspiring event featuring guest speaker Kevin Nye, a writer, speaker, and housing-justice advocate. Kevin will share a hopeful path forward and encourage us to consider how we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness. All are encouraged to attend! If you need a ride or would like to carpool, please contact Janet McCloud 530-209-3461.
- Young at Heart Potluck: Are you “still young at heart”? If so, you are warmly invited to join Roy and Mary Stephens at their home after church on November 21! This wonderful group has been growing so much lately, and everyone always has a fantastic time together. Please bring your favorite dish to share and join us at 9885 Winegar Road for an afternoon of fun, great fellowship, and delicious food. - Supporting Bread of Life: You can help make a difference through our Bread of Life ministry this week! We are gathering essential supplies and would appreciate donations of dry dog food, dry cat food, and small plastic containers of liquid hand wash. Please leave donations in the wagon in the lobby. Thank you for being a blessing to our community!
- Mission Trip to Guatemala: Robin and Carol Miller’s mission trip to Guatemala has been rescheduled for early spring. They appreciate your prayers and support. Needed: Adult and children’s vitamins (no gummies) and children’s toothbrushes.
- Liberty magazines are available for you to take home! Be sure to pick up a copy from the lobby or the tables near the exits. This inspiring publication offers valuable insights on religious freedom and current events. Take one for yourself and share with a friend!
- Weekly Word: If you’d like to receive our weekly newsletter, The Weekly Word , simply sign up using the communication cards located at the back of the pews. You can also call or text the church office at (530) 547-4777. The Weekly Word is sent out by email only.
- Connection Cards can be found in the pews and near the exits. Please fill one out and leave it in a tithe box. If you are a visitor, we would love to connect with you. You can also make prayer requests, transfer requests, and sign up for our weekly online newsletter.

By donating to the Roofing Fund, you are helping to pay off our loan for our new roof quicker. By donating to the Maintenance Reserve Fund you are helping to create a reserve that can be drawn from to pay for unforeseen church repairs.
