  1. Noon Prayer: Every day at noon, we invite you to unite in prayer for the revival of our church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Set your reminders for noon prayer as we seek God together.
  2. Bible Study: Please join Pastor Glenn Gibson for a Bible study through the book of John. The study will be on Wednesday nights, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Palo Cedro SDA Church. Bring your Bible and come grow deeper in God’s Word with us.
  3. Men’s Breakfast: Sunday, September 13, at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. All men are invited to enjoy breakfast and a time of fellowship and encouragement
  4. “Young at Heart Potluck”: Retirees who are still young at heart, please bring your favorite dish to share and join Roy and Mary Stephens at their home after church services on September 19, for fun and fellowship. Roy and Mary would like to make this a monthly event. Contact Mary at (530) 515-7277 if you have any questions.
  5. Honeybee Festival Volunteers Needed: Join us at the Palo Cedro Honeybee Festival on September 26 & 27atBishop Quinn Community Center (21893 Old 44 Drive, Palo Cedro). Volunteers are needed to help staff our church booth. Four-hour shifts are preferred, but any amount of time you can give is appreciated! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with families, serve our community, and help bring children to Jesus—one buzz at a time! If you’re willing to help or would like more information, please contact Janet McCloud 530-209-3461. We hope you’ll join us for this fun and meaningful outreach event!
  6. Mission Trip to Guatemala: Robin and Carol Miller will be leaving at the end of September for a mission trip to Guatemala. They appreciate the prayers and support of their church family as they prepare to serve where the needs are great. If you would like to help by donating supplies, the following items are especially needed: Adult and children’s vitamins (no gummies, please), Adult and children’s toothbrushes, Reading glasses, especially +1.25 and +1.50. Thank you, church family, for your continued prayers, generosity, and support as Robin and Carol prepare for this mission trip.
  7. Christian Women’s Retreat: Ladies, mark your calendars for the Northern California Christian Women’s Retreat, October 2–4 or October 9–11, 2026, at Leoni Meadows Christian Retreat Center. This year’s theme is “reGenerate”, featuring guest speaker Krystalynn Westbrook-Martin and guest artist Gina Glass. Online registration starts August 12, so be sure to register early to reserve your preferred weekend.   8. Audio Visual: The Audio Visual Team is looking for a volunteer to do the Live Stream. Please call Victor Sabo at (760)963-4292 or Ken Denny if you are interested or have questions.
  9. RAA Veggie Food Store: Summer hours are by appointment only. You can also Call Ken at (530)440-4200 for an appointment. The Veggie Food Store is also looking for volunteers to help run the store. Please call Ken if you are interested.
  10. Liberty magazines are available for you to take home! Be sure to pick up a copy from the lobby or the tables near the exits. This inspiring publication offers valuable insights on religious freedom and current events. Take one for yourself and share with a friend!
  11. Weekly Word: If you’d like to receive our weekly newsletter, The Weekly Word , simply sign up using the communication cards located at the back of the pews. You can also call or text the church office at (530) 547-4777. The Weekly Word is sent out by email only.
  12. Connection Cards can be found in the pews and near the exits. Please fill one out and leave it in a tithe box. If you are a visitor, we would love to connect with you. You can also make prayer requests, transfer requests, and sign up for our weekly online newsletter.

By donating to our Tuition Assistance Fund, you are helping to ensure that our PCSDA Church children attend RAA and receive an excellent Christ-centered education. By donating to the Roofing Fund, you are helping to pay off our loan for our new roof quicker. By donating to the Maintenance Reserve Fund you are helping to create a reserve that can be drawn from to pay for unforeseen church repairs. By donating to the Landscaping Fund you help assure that our church grounds stay neat and presentable for Sabbath.
